The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau for European and Eurasian Affairs is sponsoring an international youth summit in Prague. Apply now for your chance to receive an educational, career-oriented, all-expense paid trip to discuss world issues with other youth leaders!
This year, the Czech city of Prague will hold the Youth Leaders Conference from November 6-12. Attendees will participate in discussions about pressing world issues, hear from keynote speakers, attend development workshops and take part in skill-building activities. This year's dialogue themes are New Challenges in Transatlantic Security, Climate Change and the Environment, and Tolerance and Diversity. Nearly 200 leaders from North America, Europe and the Baltic States will gather to discuss obstacles and strategies for tackling these issues.
In addition, participants will have the unique opportunity to develop collaborative international projects, which can receive up to $90,000 in funding! The trip is all-expenses paid, including international airfare, meals, lodging, medical insurance and more. Applications, including letters of recommendation, are being accepted until September 12th.
